The Russian villa can only be viewed from the outside.
It was constructed between 1850 and 1854 by the famous architect Theophil Von Hansen. The house is called Russian villa, because it was commissioned by the daughter of a Russian prince. A lot of famous people stayed at the villa for example the brother of Franz Josef I., Anton Rubinstein and Adalbert Stifter. Today it is a private house.open daily
