Welcome to the holiday village of Ebenau, the "village of the old mills"! The popular holiday village of Ebenau is located in an idyllic valley between the festival city of Salzburg (14 km) and the lakes of the Salzkammergut. Ebenau is free of industry and numerous hiking trails lead you past natural, green meadows in the beautiful woods. In spring and autumn you can experience our mountains with their unique flora and fauna. The popular Mühlenwanderweg, in which you get past 7 historic mills, resulting in the "natural monument - Plötz" (lucky place), a wild and romantic gorge with rocky troughs and imposing waterfall. Of particular interest in the are "Museum in Fürstenstöckl" the local history museum and the historic, walkable water tunnel in the Schwarzaubachklamm and Messingweg with display boards.
