A german slogan says: Everybody knows that it's only allowed to put bread and pastry from the bakery EDER into the basket.

For us it's important that all is handmade.
- No ready mixed dough.
- organic black bread without baking agents
- whole grain bread only made out of fresh grain
- traditional small pastry only hand made
- Pastries only made with recepies from grandmother
- frozen products for baking at home
