At the foot of the Salzberg lies the cozy vacation home Haus Höll Herta. You can reach the center of Hallstatt in ten minutes. The location is perfect for your family vacation. Dogs are also welcome! Lake Hallstatt is only 200 meters away. Supermarket and the Salzberg cable car are also very close to our accommodation.

Our house is located in the district of Lahn directly at the foot of the funicular railroad to the Salzberg (salt mine).

The center of our world-famous town, Hallstatt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the Lake Hallstatt with a public beach is only about 5 minutes away. A free parking lot in front of the house , is at your disposal!

Hallstatt is not located directly in a ski area, but the distance to the famous ski areas Dachstein/Krippenstein with 5 km and Dachstein-West/Gosau with 15 km is not great.

Winter hikes into the wildly romantic Echerntal valley or walks through the snow-covered village of Hallstatt are an excellent alternative to the big hustle and bustle in the ski areas.

The winter in Hallstatt is a bit longer than elsewhere because of the nearby mountains, but in return there is almost no fog and we are also spared from the wind.

I rent in my house 2 apartments and a double room! All rooms are on the first floor! We are a very animal-loving house, we have cats and a dog! You are welcome to bring your four-legged darling!
