This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons.

Apartment Fallnhauser is conveniently located in the historic part of Hallstatt, directly above the lakeside promenade. It is a non-smoking house. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Due to the location on the hillside, the apartment is only accessible via stairs and therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! (44 steps)

General price information

Price per apartment / max. 2 persons
including tax, local tax and additional costs. No other hidden costs.

May to October: Rental per week.
Stays of 5 - 6 days are possible by arrangement:
Shorter stays during high season are unfortunately not possible.

November to April: Rental from 3 nights.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Europe:
An advance payment of 50% via bank transfer is required as confirmation of booking, the balance is payable no later than 1 week before on arrival, or whichever comes first.

International:
Guests from countries outside the European Monetary Community are requested to provide credit card details: Visa or Mastercard, cardholder name, card number and expiry date.

You can also pay by PayPal.

cancellation terms and conditions

Due to the current Corona crisis - freedom of travel can be restricted again at short notice - my usual conditions are temporarily suspended.

If the situation normalizes again, or if there is no valid reason for a cancellation, my previous cancellation conditions will come into force again:

Cancellation 1 month in advance is free of charge.
29 days prior to date of arrival: 50%
14 days prior: 100%
7 days prior: 75%

Exceptions: bookings made last minute.

From Linz:
A1 motorway exit Regau onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 direction Gmunden, Bad Goisern, Hallstatt

From Graz:
A9 motorway exit Liezen on B320
In Trautenfels turn onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 via Bad Aussee to Hallstatt

From Villach:
A10 Tauernautobahn to exit "Eben im Pongau", from there via Annaberg, Gosau to Hallstatt

By train
Arriving at "train station Hallstatt", take the ferry to Hallstatt, from the pier you walk about 10 minutes to the house.

By bus
You arrive at the bus terminal „Hallstatt Lahn“, from there it is a three minute walk, back towards the center.
