The self-catering hut is located directly on the Tauplitzalm, above the Steirersee.

In the hut there is a sleeping camp for up to eight people. Heating and cooking is still quite rustic with a wood stove. Those who do not want to cater for themselves can also try the good delicacies of the hut. Because the Almrausch hut is also used as a managed hut. The view from the terrace of the turquoise blue Steirersee is unforgettable. It is only rented out in summer.
