The apartments are in a quiet location, 84 m² large and have separate entrances. They are on the 1st and 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs. In the sunny garden you have a beautiful lawn with garden furniture. In winter you have the possibility to store your skiing equipment in the basement.
The beautiful lakes Langbathsee and Offensee are about 10 km away and the Feuerkogel ski area is a 5-minute drive away. Many hiking and cycling tours invite to sporting activities. The well-known spa town of Bad Ischl with a thermal spa and a golf course is 14 km away. Gmunden can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Salzburg and its airport is a 1-hour drive from Ebensee and the train station of Ebensee can be reached after a 10 minutes’ walk.

Payment terms:
A deposit of 30% via bank transfer is due to confirm your reservation. The property will contact you after booking for arranging bank transfer. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, will be charged. If canceled or modified later than 29 days before arrival will be charged the total price.
Different arrival and departure days and occupancy types are available on request.

Coming from the direction of Gmunden (B145) turn into the center of the village, follow the main road to the Traunbrücke, then turn left into Bahnhofstraße. Follow Bahnhofstrasse, past the Sparmarkt (right) and Bahnhof (left) until you come to a sharp left bend. Turn left there and drive over the railroad tracks. Take the next street on the right and straight on into Prato Allee. Now take the straight path at all of the following (3) forks. It's the house on the right before the barrier.
