Our flat is located in the beautiful Gosau at Dachstein. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the Gosaukamm and the valley that winds its way along 14 km of mountains to the Lake Gosau.

Definition of cosiness

The Bergzeit Apartment takes its name from the breathtaking 360° mountain panorama. With lots of glass, we open up the view to the magnificent mountain massif of the Gosau valley.
The furnishing has a clear line, which gives the house a very special ambience and the highest level of living comfort. Modern larch wood on the outside, earthy tones paired with silver fir and oak on the inside.

Cross-country skiing

Directly at our house you can enter the cross-country skiing trail. The cross-country trail leads over 30 km through the entire Gosau valley.

Skiing in the ski area Dachstein West

The ski region Dachstein West is the biggest ski area in Upper Austria with 160 km of slopes. Our flat is only a 5-minute drive from the Hornspitz valley station. There is a ski depot reserved for your equipment if required.

Something can always come up. We will try our best to find a replacement. If this is not possible, we unfortunately have to charge for the cancelled stay as follows:

up to the 46th day before arrival: 25 % of the stay
from the 45th day before arrival: 50% of the stay
from the 35th day before arrival: 80 % of the stay
from the 3rd day before arrival until the day of departure: 90% of the stay
No Show: 100 % of the stay

Location description

Our house is located at the starting point for various hiking and ski tours. The ski bus that takes you to the ski lift in 5 minutes stops directly at the house. Next to us is a cosy coffee house "Das Gosinger". There you can get fresh pastries daily, have breakfast or enjoy delicious pastries.

To see more of the Salzkammergut, we can highly recommend excursions to Hallstatt, Bad Ischl or Bad Aussee.

Motorway exit Regau on Salzkammergut street B145 towards Gmunden and Bad Ischl to Bad Goisern, in Bad Goisern turn right onto B166, at the Gosaumühle junction turn right towards Gosau

from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
