A spacious sunny and quiet vacation home with an impressive view of the Grundlsee and the mountains awaits you. The house was lovingly renovated in 2021 and equipped with high quality materials.

The vacation home with just over 200 m2 and a fantastic 180 degree view of the lake is about 130 m from the lakeshore.

Spacious, light-filled living / dining area with open kitchen and oven on the middle level and exit to the terrace with levies in the garden. Open gallery to the upper floor.

5 bedrooms for a total of 8 people (3 double rooms each 1.80 m, 1.60 m and 1.40 m wide and 2 single rooms). Bed linen and towels provided.

3 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, 3 separate WC's, sauna.

Additional small living room with private terrace and garden level.

Kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens oven, stove and dishwasher. Rural dishes for 12 people, microwave and coffee maker (Tassimo and filter coffee) available. Separate room with washing machine and dryer.

Wi-Fi and TV with dedicated access to Netflix and Prime Video (otherwise no TV reception except ORF via Prime Video). Basic music system with Bluetooth connection to play playlists.

The upper terrace with stunning views of the lake is equipped with its own lounge area as well as a dining table for max. 10 people, deck chairs and a parasol. The exit to the garden is possible via a stone staircase. Please note that this terrace is not secured and no liability can be accepted. The garden and the lower, ground level terrace are each equipped with a table, bench and sitting area.

Non-smoking house, no pets or parties allowed.
