This spacious villa (200sqm) on a hillside with beautiful views, in the immediate close to the town center and Lake Altaussee lake, with two terraces and mountain views and a large garden, has four bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen flat-screen TV, a well-equipped, modern eat-in kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher and two bathrooms with a shower.
Towels and bed linen are provided in this villa. Two parking spaces in front of the house are available.
From our point of view, the house is ideal for a family with up to six adults and two children. However, it also offers enough space for a group of seven to eight adults.

Villa Bellevue offers plenty of space to relax both inside the house and on the verandas and in the garden.
When you enter Villa Bellevue, a spacious eat-in kitchen with underfloor heating and a truly special view awaits you. A spacious living room with a tiled stove for particularly cold winter days forms the heart of the first floor. The sofa in the living room is a great place to relax in the evenings, or you can help yourself to one of the books in the cupboard. A seating area with a second dining or games table, a bay window with a reading corner and an electric piano round off the feel-good ambience.
From the first floor you go up to the second floor, where two large, cozy bedrooms with cherry wood beds (2.00 m) await you. Another bedroom has a queen-size bed (1.60 m) with an adjoining bathroom with shower, WC and underfloor heating.
There is also a children's room on the upper floor, which is furnished with a pull-out bed and a desk. The main bathroom on the second floor also has a shower, washbasin, WC and underfloor heating. From this bathroom you can access the upper veranda with a view of the Ausseerland.
