A guided, moving, pausing feel-good treat with gentle yoga - a meditative immersion in the forest.
EVERY FRIDAY at 12.30 Uhr - 13:20 p.m.
... just one hour in the forest - consciously perceiving with all senses - strengthens our immune system, gives us new energy and puts us in a good mood. The forest is the summer retreat of the psyche - the best climatic health resort for our soul. The airways open, eyes clear and a healthy house with good circulation becomes visible.
