HERBAL KNOWLEDGE AND CULINARY DELIGHTS

Our hike takes us through the cultural landscape of the Bauernland Nature Park and together we go in search of wild herbs in different habitats. We will learn which plants can be eaten, what to look out for and how to use them creatively. Starting from the Hochserner farm, we explore the biodiversity of the meadows and roadsides and enjoy breathtaking views of the Mondsee landscape. At the end, we enjoy a tasty menu made from herbs - prepared by the landlady of the Hochserner farm.

Price includes many tastings during the hike (liqueurs, juices, surprise).

After the herb hike, there is a menu and drinks made from fresh herbs as well as coffee and cake at the Hochserner farm (20.00 euros for adults/12.00 euros for children - also included in the price).

Group prices possible by arrangement.

On request, herbs you have collected yourself can be made into a spread.

Any reduction will be calculated from the tour price.
