During a ceremony in the Gasthaus Knappenbauernwirt in Pettenbach, master hunter Sepp Brandmayr and his deputy, district hunter Herbert Sieghartsleitner, presented host Hans Hofer with the Upper Austrian venison plaque. State Hunting Association presented. This plaque is an award for a real "hunter's inn". At the Knappenbauernwirt you meet for the hunters' regulars table, there is a game collection point and an annual weapons exchange. "My chef Hans Lang guarantees the best game dishes made from regional venison," said host Hans Hofer and Ilse, delighted with the award.
