Lots of warmth, fresh mountain air and lush greenery - the Knödl-Alm is fabulous! And then, of course, there are the dumplings - one more delicious than the other, even the sweet ones.

In the rustic hut organic lamb, sour grilled knuckle and Ofenrohrbratl taste particularly delicious. Legendary is the "Schnapsschule" with homemade brandies and Ang'setztem in organic quality.
