Thursday Ripperltag: BBQ-style ribs with garlic bread and coleslaw.
Friday-Fresh catch from the water: Char, salmon trout or brown trout, fresh fish prepared in the classic way or according to our kitchen team's personal favourite recipes.
Saturday-All burgers-simple to bite into: Juicy Brunnwind burger or smart burger creations.  
Sunday pastry day: Austrian pastry classics such as baked apple radl, Pofesen....
