Lake Gosau in the Dachstein Salzkammergut is a mountain lake that is becoming increasingly popular with divers. Due to the clarity of the water, you have a view that is rarely offered by a lake. Lake Hallstatt and the River Traun also offer spectacular underwater impressions.

Ice diving - a challenge for experienced divers

An ice dive in the Dachstein Salzkammergut is certainly a highlight that no diver should miss out on. The extraordinary visibility, the play of light and color under the ice - experience an underwater world where everything is different. Ice diving only for divers with AOWD or higher training.

Dachstein Salzkammergut Diving Club

The Dachstein Salzkammergut Diving Club is located directly at Gasthof Gosausee with a tank and equipment rental. There is also a coin-operated filling station for experienced divers. You are welcome to book guided dives with us, as well as diving training from beginner to instructor.

Salzkammergut TOTAL is an association of three diving centers in the beautiful Salzkammergut and the Dive Center Under Pressure on Lake Attersee is your competent partner, from diving courses to accommodation. The trio also includes Atlantis Qualidive, a cozy and familiar diving center on the Traun, with a rainproof outdoor area, changing rooms and hot water showers.
