The Salzkammergut Nature Museum, your nature experience in the Salzkammergut in any weather. This year, the theme is the local flora and fauna. Come and be amazed at what the flora and fauna of the state has to offer. From brown bears (butterfly) weighing just a few grams to brown bears weighing 380 kilograms, all this only in the Salzkammergut Nature Museum.
The museum wants to encourage visitors to walk through our beautiful nature with open eyes again.
During a tour you will discover how many beauties of animals cavort in our native landscapes, forests and rivers.
Brown bear, wallcreeper, golden eagle, red fox and many other exhibits are waiting to be discovered.
