Our wooden block feel-good house is located in the heart of the Salzkammergut on a south-facing slope with unobstructed panoramic views.

Our house is situated on an unobstructable hill in a great panoramic location with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
It combines luxury and rustic cosiness to a rarely seen degree.

The house comprises around 180 m² of living space and offers you a kitchen, a spacious dining and living area with tiled stove, a living room with wood-burning stove, TV station and sofa bed, four bedrooms each with a double bed, two shower bathrooms, a bathroom with tub, sauna and various adjoining rooms. There are two WCs in the house. In the living room, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, which means that a maximum of 10 people can be accommodated.

The garden, which is around 1400 m² in size, is not fenced in. However, the large terrace can be fenced off.
A carport and parking spaces for a further three cars are available outside.

Our in-house sauna is available to you at any time and at no extra charge.
On the large sun terrace you can not only enjoy the great view but also end the day with a cosy glass of wine and a hearty meal from the grill.

We are well equipped
You will find everything you need in our house. All crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, bed linen, towels and much more is prepared for you. In winter we also store wood briquettes for you, which you can purchase from us. In both living areas we have installed a wood-burning stove for you, so that you can not only ensure a cosy warmth but also a cosy ambience which is created by the fire.

cancellation terms and conditions

If the tenant withdraws from the contract after the conclusion of the rental contract, a cancellation fee relating to the amount of the down payment (35% of the rental amount) will be charged. The renter has the right to organise a new tenant who enters into the rights and obligations of the contract. In terms of the rental price, the original and the replacement tenant are jointly and severally liable. If the tenant cancels up to 70 days before the rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price is payable. Up to 30 days before the rental date = 80% of the rental price, less than 30 days = 100% of the total rental price.

Our holiday home Panorama is located in Bad Goisern in the heart of the Salzkammergut in an absolutely gorgeous panoramic location, framed by magnificent mountains, distinctive agricultural meadows and large forest areas. The unobstructed and beautiful view from this beautiful patch of earth is really impressive.

Enjoy this beautiful location on the large terrace for breakfast, lunch or dinner and forget about your everyday worries for a few days.

Accessibility / arrival

Coming from Munich, drive in the direction of Salzburg. In Salzburg, take the motorway straight onto the A1 (not the Tauernautobahn). Approx. 20 km after the "Salzburg Nord" exit, take the "Thalgau" exit. Take this exit and drive towards Hof. Before Hof you come to a roundabout - take the second exit in the direction of Fuschlsee and Salzkammergut. Then continue along the road past the towns of Fuschl am See, St. Gilgen am Wolfgangsee (beware of radar danger on the steep slope to St. Gilgen and in Strobl) and Strobl.
In Bad Ischl, drive through the Kaiserpark tunnel (not into the town) and immediately after the tunnel take the second right towards Graz and Bad Goisern.
From Bad Ischl it is only a few kilometres to Bad Goisern.
We will be happy to meet you at a prominent meeting point and drive together to the house.

From Passau - drive towards Wels, take the new motorway from Wels towards Salzburg, which joins the A1 motorway. Take this motorway from the junction Voralpenkreuz (Thalgau) approx. 30 km. in the direction of Salzburg and take the exit "REGAU". At the exit turn left to Gmunden and drive along the B 145 via Ebensee to Bad Ischl and then to Bad Goisern.
If you are travelling from another direction, please let us know. We will then provide you with your own directions.

Directions: Due to the elevated location, access is only possible by car and in winter on snowy roads a four-wheel drive vehicle is advantageous or the use of snow chains
