The house has a terrace, a beautiful sunny garden with berry bushes, where you can really relax. For children there is a swing, a sandpit and a trampoline. There is parking for several cars, a carport and a garage. Your pets do not have to stay at home - they are welcome here!

The quietly located holiday home in the Rösslern district - only a two-minute walk from Lake Grundlsee - has four double rooms, one triple room, a kitchen-living room, a large conservatory, two TV rooms as well as two bathrooms and a toilet. All rooms are fully equipped.
The house has a large terrace and a beautiful sunny garden with swing, sandpit and trampoline for the little guests.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
