The comfortable hotel is located in the heart of the Tauplitzalm at 1.650 meters above sea level in the middle of the skiing and hiking area. The mountain station of the quad chairlift is only a few meters away. Slopes and cross-country ski trails are immediately accessible from the accommodation.
The popular 6-lake hike across the highest lake plateau in Central Europe passes directly by the accommodation.
The 15 rooms are equipped with bathtub/WC or shower/WC and some have a balcony. The wellness area with sanarium, sauna, experience shower and infrared cabin leaves nothing to be desired.

The ascent is from Bad Mitterndorf via the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road. (subject to toll)
In summer you can drive up to the accommodation. In winter, the car must be parked at the large parking lot on the Tauplitzalm. You will be picked up from there and brought to the hotel.
The adjacent apartment house Trawengblick with five apartments also belongs to the hotel.

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen
from Salzburg
via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
