This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl, with an exhilarating view of the picturesque mountain scenery of Bad Ischl.
The house in which the loft is located is in a dead end street and is therefore absolutely quiet. It is an outbuilding to our private house. The dry stone facade is an absolute eye-catcher.

The entrance to the loft is private and nobody else has access to the loft. On the ground floor there is another door (wooden door) leading to a studio, but this door is always locked.

The loft has a living area (including bathroom) of 44 m². In addition, there is a spacious anteroom (32 m²) on the ground floor and a private terrace of 16 m². The kitchen block is equipped with a double hotplate, a microwave with oven function, a kettle, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and a sink. Glasses and dishes are available. Our guests have the possibility to use our barbecue area by arrangement. In the evening, it is so dark outside that you can watch the stars under a cloudless sky.

It is not so easy to find our house, because the shortest way - and this is unfortunately indicated by many Navis - is blocked by a barrier. This is how you can find us:
Coming from Vienna or Graz on the B145 towards Salzburg on the B158, 150 m after the Kaiserparktunnel turn right towards Bad Ischl West, pass under the main road, turn left towards Bad Ischl West, after approx. 250 m turn left over the HainingerBrücke in the direction of Kreutern, after about 1 km turn right at the Rainbacher& Knecht painting shop into Hahnlfeldstraße, after about one kilometer over a small bridge in the direction of Buchenhof/Etienne's Art GmbH, follow the road along the deer enclosure on the asphalt road. Etienne's Art GmbH is located in the penultimate house on the right hand side.
Coming from Salzburg on the B158, turn left into KreutererStraße in Pflandl at the bridge over the river Ischl. Follow the course of KreutererStraße for about 1 km until you reach the Rainbacher& Knecht painting shop, turn left into Hahnlfeldstraße and then continue as above. Or: Exit Bad Ischl West, after about 300 m turn left over the Haininger Bridge in the direction of Kreutern. From here on the way is the same as above.
