The new hotel "DAS ZEIT" with direct connection to the A1 has opened. In the year-round 3 star plus hotel guests can choose from 90 rooms distributed in 69 comfort double rooms, 14 superior rooms and 7 family rooms. In the public area of the hotel invites a restaurant and a cozy bar.

REGIONAL & SUSTAINABLE
Regionality and sustainability are at the heart of the "Das Zeit" hotel. For the planning of the hotel, the investor groups F5 GmbH and Architektur Schlager received the award "Klima aktiv Gold" from the Federal Ministry for the Environment, a quality mark for sustainable residential and service buildings. In addition to an efficient construction method, environmentally friendly building materials, 5 e-filling stations for cars as well as charging stations for e-bikes are planned.

CENTRAL LOCATION:
The 3 star plus hotel appeals to business travelers as well as tourists thanks to its good location with direct access to the A1 Westautobahn and the proximity to Lake Attersee. The UEBEX Congresspark GmbH is located in the immediate vicinity. The Attersee is only about 4 km away and offers a variety of sports facilities. Sauna, fitness and meeting room - are only some highlights of the all year concept.

RESTAURANT & BAR :
In addition to the hotel business, you can also enjoy culinary specialties. Regionality will also play a central role in the restaurant and bar open to the public.

Behind the ambitious project "The time" stands F5 GmbH a group of four investors. Stephan Hillhouse a hotel expert, he already leads two hotels and looks back on more than 25 years hotel experience. Berthold Krocker, a native of Lenzing, has strong bonds with the region and is managing director and project manager. As a co-investor Dr. Thomas Talos of Brandl & Talos manages the legal side of the business. The investor group is completed by the Vöcklerbrucker Norbert Teufelberger who is known as the founder of BWIN.
Not only sustainability is important to the private investor group, but above all regionality.
