The house is built in the style of a typical Salzkammergut house. In a wonderful, quiet, secluded location on a gentle slope. Mountain panorama, wide green meadows and fresh air.

The village square of Faistenau, shops and good inns are only 1 km away. From the house it is only a few kilometers to the crystal-clear Hintersee, seven kilometers to Fuschlsee and only 15 kilometers to St. Gilgen am Wolfgangsee.

The proverbial loveliness of the area is well known. From the house you can take easy hikes and walks. Climb mountain peaks in the Osterhorn group, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snow tubing in winter and practice your turns on the family-friendly ski lifts in town.
