The hotel, is located in the center of Gosau directly under the Catholic Church. With his cozy guest rooms our Hotel is not only a gastronomic highlight for the visitors but also the "village inn" and thus also the meeting place for the locals.

A holiday is characterized by many small amenities. Starting with the personal care provided by family Peham, the cozy decor to the beautiful countryside that surrounds the hotel around.

Our guest house, which is more than 400 years old, has 50 beds, rooms for 1-4 people. All rooms are equipped with shower / toilet, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, safe, direct dial telephone, radio and most of them have a balcony. Since December 2017 we offer our house guests a Finnish sauna and infrared cabin with a relaxation room.

Gosau: Turn left after the Pass Gschütt junction onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 650 m turn right onto the Wirtsweg. The Gasthof Kirchenwirt is after 350 m on the right hand side.

from Linz:
Motorway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau
Gosau: At the Pass Gschütt junction straight on to the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 650 m turn right onto the Wirtsweg. The Gasthof Kirchenwirt is after 350 m on the right hand side.

from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
Gosau: Turn left after the Pass Gschütt junction onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 650 m turn right onto the Wirtsweg. The Gasthof Kirchenwirt is after 350 m on the right hand side.

Attnang-Puchheim - Stainach-Irdning lines
Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee

By bus (irregularly on Sundays):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt,
change to the bus direction Gosausee (Lake Gosau), get off at the bus stop "Gosau Wirtsweg", along the Wirtsweg you will reach the inn in about 5 minutes.

Bus 541/542 (Bad Ischl - Gosausee) direction Gosausee, stops Haltestelle: Gosau Klaushof, Gosau Bärnausiedlung, Gosau Ressenbachweg, Gosau Vordertal B166, Gosau Ramsau B166, Gosau, Gemeindeamt, Abzw. Pass Gschütt, Gosau Wirtsweg,
walk along the Wirtsweg to reach the inn in about 5 minutes.
